Je roule ainsi depuis près ...</title><content type='html'>Désolé pour le délai!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je roule ainsi depuis près de 4 ans. Cette légère compensation m&amp;#39;a permis de balancer mon effort et stabiliser mon déhanchement. Chez Médicus, j&amp;#39;ai fait mon analyse biomécanique sur mon vélo grâce à une caméra numérique et un logiciel qui rediffuse au ralenti... et nous avons constaté une amélioration significatif de ma technique de pédalage, avec la compensation. Je n&amp;#39;ai plus modifié la hauteur depuis. J&amp;#39;ai trouvé une feuille de téflon chez une petite entreprise d&amp;#39;usinage de matériaux. Cela n&amp;#39;a t il pas entraîner de déséquilibre musculaire, pathologie musculaire ou tendineuse. Au contraire efficace? Si oui la hauteur de compensation a t elle évoluée vers une compensation totale de la différence? Enfin où trouver du teflon?&lt;br /&gt;Beaucoup de questions je sais. Une fois que la douleur est présente... On oublies les étirements... sinon on se blesse davantage.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;2) DOULEUR IMPLIQUE UN REPOS FORCÉ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On trouve une autre sport pour conserver sa forme (cross-training)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) LA DOULEUR EST PRATIQUEMENT DISPARUE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retour &lt;b&gt;progressif&lt;/b&gt; de l&amp;#39;activité (course à pied) et on commence un programme d&amp;#39;étirement &lt;b&gt;progressif&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) EST_CE QUE LA DOULEUR EST MUSCULAIRE, TENDONITE, OSSEUSE?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pas évident! Il est toujours possible qu&amp;#39;une mauvaise technique peut engendrée ce type de blessure. Mais le jambier antérieur n&amp;#39;est pas très sollicité lors de la course à pied.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Par contre, si tes pieds frappent le sol &amp;#39;durement&amp;#39;. Es-tu &amp;#39;bruyant&amp;#39; lorsque tu cours? Modifies ta technique pour être le plus silencieux lorsque tu cours. Je te suggère de courir sur une surface &amp;#39;molle&amp;#39; pour une certaine période.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a) Est-ce une douleur à ton muscle jambier antérieur? Si tel est le cas, c&amp;#39;est peut-etre une &lt;b&gt;contracture musculaire&lt;/b&gt; (étirement). Ressens-tu une douleur lorsque tu contracte fortement ce muscle (il peut être testé en élevant l&amp;#39;intérieur du pied). Il se peut également qu&amp;#39;il y a un désequilibre entre le muscle du jambier antérieur et ton mollet. Si ton mollet est trop &amp;#39;fort&amp;#39; par rapport au jambier antérieur... ca peut provoquer une douleur. Si tel est le cas, il faut que tu fasses du renforcement musculaire de tes jambiers antérieurs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b) Tu sembles dire que la douleur est présente dans les 2 pieds! Alors, il se peut que ce soit une &lt;b&gt;ténosynovite&lt;/b&gt; du jambier antérieur... Est-ce que la palpation révèle un craquement lors de la mobilisation du pied?&lt;br /&gt;Si c&amp;#39;est le tendon, la douleur peut survenir plusieurs heures après l&amp;#39;exercice. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La cause? Un surentrainement? Un accroissement trop rapide du kilométrage? Je fais pas mal de prépa physique par contre je squate light et finis sur les pointes. Je fais également du saut à la corde mais avec chaussures ... J&amp;#39;ai essayé deux &amp;quot;remèdes&amp;quot; tout en laissant le reste constant : je fais du home-trainer et j&amp;#39;ai changé de chaussures (je suis passé à des chaussures pronateurs). Ca allait un peu mieux mais aujourd&amp;#39;hui cela semble un peu douloureux alors je ne sais plus trop.
